Man, 23, accused of posing as Timmothy Pitzen has criminal history, authorities say
An Ohio man who falsely claimed on Wednesday to be Timmothy Pitzen, the Illinois boy who went missing in 2011 at age 6, has a criminal history and was once psychologically evaluated, authorities said on Thursday.
